Just as aircraft continue to evolve with ever-improving technology, so do the regulations, publications, forms and records required to design, build and maintain them. EAM complies with all airworthiness standards, including Federal Aviation Regulations – FAR Part 23 and FAR Part 25.
Part 23 certification involves aircraft limited to a gross weight of 12,500 lbs. If the aircraft is used in regional airline service, the maximum allowable gross weight may be increased to 19,000 lbs.
Part 25 certification is required for jets with 10 or more seats and any other aircraft that is over a gross weight of 12,000 lbs.
